In 2014, Triangle Engineers Ltd. provided design and installation supervision for the high-pressure gas pipeline system at the R&D building of Beximco Pharmaceuticals Ltd., one of Bangladesh’s leading pharmaceutical manufacturers. Our scope included the design and implementation of high-pressure lines for CO₂, Argon (Ar), Nitrogen (N₂), and compressed air, ensuring a safe and efficient distribution network tailored to the facility’s research and development needs.

Key engineering tasks included pipe route selection, pressure calculations, and the development of a welding scheme to maintain system integrity under high-pressure conditions. We also oversaw testing, purging, and commissioning to guarantee leak-free operation.

Additionally, a robust control mechanism was implemented to regulate gas flow and pressure, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards. Our expertise in precision engineering and installation supervision helped establish a reliable and high-performance gas distribution system, supporting Beximco Pharmaceuticals in maintaining world-class research capabilities.
